Happy Birthday USA!
As many Americans did this morning in their own hometowns, my daughter Lily and I attended our local 4th of July Parade.
While every part of the country is unique and each parade reflects the local community, most 4th of July parades have the same basic elements. Here's how we roll in Northern California...
