Summer is here people! We kicked it off Saturday at the beach with friends (our next door neighbors) who rented a house for a week at Stinson Beach. I have always thought that given a choice - beach house or cabin in the woods - I would choose the latter, but it appears I've been bitten by the beach bug and may have changed my ways....
I haven't been to the beach at night in a really long time.
This is the first summer I'll working outside the house. With two teenagers at home, I'm a bit nervous. What do you working mothers with teens do??? Unfortunately, they left that chapter out from the "What to Expect" series of parenting books, so I'd love to get some advice from you sage and experienced working moms. Last summer, I often had to be away for several hours per day. This is what happened on one of those days...
This is smoothie on our ceiling. It's what happens when teenagers are left alone for long periods of time - they decide to 'try' things like taking the top off the blender mid-smoothie.
